Isringhausen Imports

I had an appointment scheduled to have a recall completed on my BMW, along with a brake fluid flush. I later received a phone call letting me know that my vehicle was finished. During that call, I specifically had to ask whether everything had been completed, and only then was I informed that, unfortunately, the starter recall could not be completed due to a “quantity” issue. What was especially disappointing was that I had to ask for this information myself. I should have received a phone call informing me that the recall could not be completed. Had I not asked, I could have arrived to pick up my vehicle assuming everything I scheduled had been taken care of, only to find out otherwise. To make matters worse, when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a fresh nick on my rear bumper that was not there previously. I did not even bother contacting the dealership regarding it because, based on the customer service I had already experienced, I did not feel confident that my concern would be handled appropriately. I have since scheduled an appointment with BMW of Bloomington for Tuesday to have the recall completed. I explained the situation I experienced at Isringhausen BMW, and thankfu

This dealership is grade A. Beautiful cars, nice clean showroom. We were in town for something else and stopped in. They didn't mind at all and made us feel very welcome. They obviously are a very community minded business that cares about people.

I will start this review by stating that I have never had a dealer experience like this (in a good way). I have purchased many cars from many dealers and have had a range of experiences from being blown off to exceptional care. This dealership stood above them all, and by a clear margin. I found a car on their lot that was everything I was looking for. For this, I was willing to travel 5hrs one way to ensure I got the car I wanted. Prior to committing to the long trip, our sales rep, Brandon Horner, went above and beyond to provide additional photos and walk around video of the car, to include putting it up on a lift to show the undercarriage. This is extremely valuable for anyone buying a used car in the Midwest. Brandon made sure that everything was lined up to ensure that once we completed the first 5hr section of our drive, the car was ready to go, the financing was lined up and that all we had to do was look at the car, confirm it was exactly what we wanted and could just sign on the proverbially dotted line. Every staff member we encountered was nothing but kind and engaging. The all fostered an inviting environment that kept the whole experience low stress and welcoming. The

We had a phenomenal experience purchasing our dream car through Isringhausen Porsche. Geoff was a pleasure to work with- he helped us source a difficult to find 911, had it shipped to their dealer, serviced and prepared it for sale. Mark in sales made our transaction seamless. Chris delivered the car in their enclosed trailer and made sure it was flawless. 10/10 experience, Isringhausen would be the first dealership I would call if I'm looking for a special car. We would be happy to be repeat customers.

Isringhausen is a top-tier dealership when it comes to customer service. As an out-of-state buyer, they walked me through the process, and by financing through them, they took care of all of the registration for the vehicle in my home state. My salesman Sean was easy to work with and took the time to pick me up from the local airport and bearing me to the dealership. The business manager Mark was able to get all the paperwork completed before my arrival, so that I was able to get on my way efficiently. There aren't many car dealerships left that maintain this level of customer service. Having grown up in the car industry, it was a welcome experience that took me back to how car buying used to feel.
